Ghosts in the Tower of London

Anne Boleyn is the best known ghost in the Tower of London but she isn’t alone. She is joined by many others.  Guy Fawkes haunts there were he was “questioned” after the gunpowder plot and Sir Walter Raleigh who walks the tower on nights with a full moon. For 900 years it served as a prison and place of execution.  Such things leave a “psychic scar” upon a location or building.  Any place were men and women have suffered becomes haunted. Knowing a sites history is helpful to any ghost hunter. If it has a bloody past—odds are good that it’s haunted in some way.  Sadly, locations like the tower can be found all over the world.
